​Rizwan Nainital Bookings operates as an Independent Travel Agency. We provide consultancy and booking facilitation services. We are not the owners, managers, or official representatives of Hotel Alka The Lakeside.

​2. Booking & Confirmation

​All bookings are subject to availability at the hotel.

​A booking is only considered "Confirmed" once we receive the required advance payment and issue a confirmation voucher.

​We act as an intermediary; therefore, the final right of admission remains with the hotel management.

​3. Pricing & Payments

​Prices quoted on our website are based on current hotel tariffs and are subject to change without notice until the booking is confirmed.

​Any government taxes (GST) or additional resort fees are to be paid as per the hotel’s policy.
